So Lee, that’s a great question, thanks for asking! Speak this language when selling final expense; You know there’s so much complicated terminology in the insurance world, the agents when we’re discussing it, there’s all kinds of things we are saying. But when it comes to the basic, simple person that we’re providing this insurance to, this final expense policies to, we have to make sure that we are utilizing a language they can understand. They may not know what final expense is, they might think its burial insurance or life insurance, they may not know, they don’t care what MIB or PHI, or actuary or any of these phrases or terms are. So to help you be more successful when selling final expense insurance policies, just make sure you’re using good ole’ plain English and your explaining it, the basics of the final expense program in a way your people can understand.
